Event Details: To grow as math educators we must first grow as mathematicians. Join us for a one day workshop for educators (K-8). We will be offering two topics that will work in tandem - you can sign up for one session or both. The first session (10:00am - 12:00pm) will be focused on developing the concept of multiplication. Then, after a lunch break (12:00pm - 1:00pm) we will begin another two hour study (1:00pm - 3:00pm) where we will dive into a number routine of "number study." This routine is simple to use, BUT complex in the understanding your students will develop. It allows for multiple entry points for students of all stages of development.
